Integrating 360° camera technology with standard device photography into our inventories and approval processes opens-up a new breed of immersive inventory, interim and check-out reports.

Step 1
Report Created
Before the tenants move in, we will visit the property and create a detailed inventory report, incorporating our unique 360° photographs providing a complete record of the condition and cleanliness of fixtures, fittings and furniture and all meter readings.
Step 2
Tenant contacted
Email and SMS message is sent to the Tenant who is required to sign electronically (using a smartphone, tablet or desktop). By signing they are only confirming to have received the inventory email – not to approve the contents. This is an EU legally binding compliant eSignature.
Step 3
Tenant approves
The Tenant approves PDF report and feeds back with any comments and adds photo evidence (where applicable). Should they Fail to respond, the PDF report is auto approved using ‘occupant(s) confirm receipt’ signature, from step 2..
Step 4
Final Inventory
The final report with all tenant comments added and any remarks from the clerk is completed and emailed to all relevant parties (Landlord, Tenant, Agents)
