We provide a tenant check-in service, for an additional £50 fee. We will explain that we have conducted an inspection and provide the tenants with a walk through to point out any concerns we have documented, supply meter reading and any specific documents required by the agent or landlord. We will hand over keys and introduce them to their new home.
